Yes, but use a smaller needle size (0.25-0.5mm) and be gentle to avoid irritation. The skin around the eyes is thin and delicate and requires extra caution. 

Avoid the eyelids and the immediate eye area. If treating areas near the eyes, use conservative settings and follow professional guidance.
